Appalachee specializes in single-family residential, 2-4 family, farms, commercial, industrial, and Acquisition and Development appraisal work. Jerry Maynard and Wayne Bartlett formed Appalachee Appraisal in 1994 in order to meet the appraisal needs of local banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, and property owners of Barrow County and surrounding areas. The Appalachee team consists of Debra Robinson, Lynda Hall, Rory Sheats and Wayne Bartlett with Jerry Maynard providing supervisory assistance to the appraisal team.
