Jerry Maynard, a life long resident and native of Barrow County, formed Maynard Realty in 1979. Jerry quickly established a place for Maynard Realty in the Barrow County community by dealing in residential sales, management, and subdivision development.
The past few years have been a time of tremendous growth for Barrow County. Along with Barrow County, our firm has seen unbelievable growth during this time. Since 1992, we have grown from two full time agents and a secretary, to approximately twenty agents, an office manager, and additional support staff.
In May of 1999, the original founder of Maynard Realty, Jerry Maynard, and partner and long-time associate broker, Wayne Bartlett, established Maynard & Bartlett Realty Group LLP.
